PRIMA Ceramic Tile Underlay can be directly fixed to an existing timber, particle board and plywood floor.

 

PRIMA Ceramic Tile Underlay is manufactured to nominal 6.0mm thickness.  The material is suitable for use as substrate for ceramic floor tiles on existing timber floor boards with minimal surface preparation.  The product has pre-printed fastener points for ease of installation.

 

With each sheet of PRIMA Ceramic Tile Underlay, you need to use the correct nails and to make sure that 1 nail is used on each of the dots.

 

There are 144 nails required for each 1800 x 900mm sheet so the easy way is to use the Hammahand FC65 Fibre Cement Coil Nailer.
