GRADES

CD: Superior grade with no knotholes and no more than 8 wood patches with limited synthetic repairs on the face. Surfaces are sanded with a 150 grit three step process.

DD: Solid face with wood patches and synthetic repairs. Finished with a 100 grit three step sanding process.

IBS ARAUCOPLY is fully inline certified to New Zealand standards by SAI Global.

IBS ARAUCOPLY has been manufactured and tested to meet all requirements of Plywood Structural Standard AS/NZS 2269 in products that are stamped and labelled accordingly.

IBS ARAUCOPLY is certified A bond using an Exterior Phenol-Formaldehyde resin, emission class E0, complying with other international Low Formaldehyde Emission (LFE) requirements like JAS Super-E0.

The veneers used to lay-up the product have been kiln dried to a moisture content of around 8%.
